I’ve always been a bit confused about what’s really best to eat right after a workout — some say protein first, others focus on carbs, and then there’s the whole “fat burner food” idea. Does it actually make a big difference in recovery or is it more about overall diet throughout the day? By the way, not directly related, but while working on a small project I used html to canvas to capture some nutrition plans from a site, and it made me think how useful it could be to keep a visual record of meal ideas. Has anyone here tried making a kind of digital food journal like that?
