He revealed that when he was first introduced to the idea of exercising his core, the bodybuilder said 'not in 10 years' before he gave in and ordered a double cheeseburger and fries, anabolic steroids risks.
Mitchell, a two-time London gold medalist with a personal best of six medals, is now looking on the bright side of his transformation.

Mitchell said: 'I've made some life-altering decisions over the last three to four years.
'Before I worked out I was a bodybuilder, but I've made some life-altering decisions this past three to four years, anabolic steroid detection times.'
